In our usual laid back approach to vino appreciation, we’ve invited Michael Corbett of Vanguardist Wines back into our house to showcase the next Vanguardist release. RSW head Chef, Ivan Pok has designed an exciting five course menu to be paired with the five wines.

chicharron, shiitake cream / crumbed shiitake

raw scallop, sea greens, macadamia cream

moreton bay bug, shellfish sauce, salted egg yolk

pork belly, celeriac, apple, mustard

duck breast, beets, radicchio
