Pop-Up Newtown not-so-soft opening

On Sunday 30th March we invited our families and close friends to test out our pop-up space before we opened the public. Here are some shots from our wonderful photographer Kate Disher-Quill of the space, the ramen, the ginger boys and the workshop before we got in the swing of things

Tempe To The Tops - 2 Feb 2014

An early Sunday morning ride to kick off 2014 in RSW style - plenty of bikes, smiles and mates. We started with over 40 bikes in Tempe, collected a few more in Loftus before riding through the National park to Stanwell Tops lookout with many other groups of riders. We eventually descended on the serene Audley Weir where the RSW team were waiting with Brunch boxes filled with steamed corn tamales, cold drip coffee and yummy chilli-chocolate cupcakes. We were able to update everyone under the tree with what's in store for the next few months for this little workshop. Stay tuned and thanks for riding with us!

The Gistinguished Gentlemans Ride 2013

Another successful DGR! Bigger and better than the year before... can't wait for next year. 300 + riders all looking dapper (mostly) and over AUD$250, 000 raised for prostate cancer research. There were some unique bikes and gentlemanly behaviour all round. We had a great day! Congratulations to the organisers (Mark Hawwa) for another great event.

Pledge Pick Up & Ride - Clovelly October 2013

Super fun morning on Sydney's east coast, perfect weather and great company. We met about 50 supporters, some already pledged and others who wanted to know what we're all about. Daniel Cesaranoserved up some of Single Orgin's coffee in filter style, supported by cowboy cookies. We were stoked to see so many join us and the HUGE variety of bikes on display... We ended up at Venice cafe in Waterloo for a coffee and catch up before we all got on with our weekends. We have plenty more pledges to return to people so we'll be doing this again soon!

Raise the Sun - Fundraiser event June 1st 2013

The day started off with a ride of about 40 bikes through Sydney that arrived gloriously at Zen Garage enjoy access to plenty of Young Henry's beer, some incredible Whisky Hot dogs and Boston Beans served up by our friends and volunteers. Single Origin Roasters served up their incredible coffee for gold coin donations, who sent their team down to volunteer and make coffee. Our Show and Shine came to a draw between two very different customs and was won over a game of scissors, paper, rock! Our winner walked away with a pair of Maple Jeans from the UK and our runner up took the GoPro courtesy of Pipeburn. Bands From Afar and John Vella wooed us with their tunes between raffle draws and our live Auction. We finished the event off with Burlesque Dancer Foxtrot India performing her famous tassel twirling routine for cash!
