Dendy Cinema in Newtown invited Rising Sun Workshop and Young Henry's to help them celebrate the premiere of Mad Max: Fury Road in a Newtown Locals kinda way. We curated an exhibition of post apocalyptic style motorcycles that were displayed in the forecourt of the cinema for all movie goers to enjoy. Young Henry's supplied their light and dark options of the Newtowner and Hop Ale as is consistent in the film.

The movie was spectacular, fast moving, revv-head feast and everything one should expect from Mad Max. The night was a heap of fun, like a family reunion between RSW and Young Henry's, and we look forward to doing more collaborations with our soon-to-be neighbours, Dendy.

Thanks to Danny Stace, Stan Gomberg, James Sinclair and Geordie Tait for offering up their motorcycles for the showing and being so accommodating in the set up.

All RSW members can now claim a 30% discount at the box office at the Dendy Cinema, Newtown to see Mad Max which is now open at the cinema.
